A paramedic, doctor, or emergency operator can see the person, ask questions, and adapt advice. AidNow cannot do that. Our guidance is general — not personalised to you, the injured person, or your exact circumstances.
Every emergency is different
Age, health conditions, environment, and severity all change what is safe to do. Follow on-scene professional instructions when they conflict with general guidance.
