DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Extend pool hook or telescoping pole to victim.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Assign someone to call 112 with pool address.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Pull victim to edge using pole or throw ring.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — If spinal injury suspected from diving — support head and neck in line with body while removing from water.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Begin CPR on flat deck if not breathing.
