Keep moving away until you are outside the exclusion zone officials mark.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Turn away from the incident and walk upwind — do not stop to watch.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — If driving, do not stop on bridges or overpasses downwind — keep moving.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Tell nearby people to leave the area with you.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Find a landmark distance — at least several blocks or as far as officials direct.
