DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT wrap the tooth in tissue — it dries out quickly.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Call dentist emergency line or 112 if heavy bleeding, head injury, or no dentist available.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Say permanent tooth avulsed and whether it was reinserted.

All knocked-out permanent teeth need urgent dental care — best within 30–60 minutes.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Dental or emergency care within 30 minutes gives the best chance to save the tooth.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — If baby tooth was knocked out, do not reinsert — but still seek advice for bleeding or injury.
