   Step 1: Unplug appliance at wall if plug is reachable without crossing sparks

   Step 2: If unsafe to unplug — turn off breaker for that circuit

   Step 3: Move people away from device

4. 4

   Step 4: Do not use water

5. 5

   Step 5: Call electrician and 101 if smoke or flames appear
