Do This Now

Step 1: Call 112 or 108 immediately
Step 2: Give naloxone (Narcan) if available — spray in nose or inject as directed
Step 3: Start rescue breathing or CPR if not breathing
Step 4: Stay until help arrives — repeat naloxone if no response in 2-3 minutes
Step 5: Place on side when breathing returns
