Step 1: Wash hands before touching near eye
Step 2: Try gentle flushing with clean water or saline for 15 minutes
Step 3: Do not rub the eye
Step 4: If object visible on white part — try lifting off with wet cotton tip edge only if easy
Step 5: Call 112 if chemical exposure, sharp metal, or vision still blurred after flushing
