Go upwind away from the plant. Do not touch or breathe it in. Call 112 when safe.
Step 1: Move upwind and uphill — away from the release
Step 2: Do not touch liquids, dust, or foam on the ground
Step 3: Cover nose and mouth with cloth while moving — do not rely on it for long
Step 4: Call 112 once you are at a safe distance
Step 5: Follow official shelter or evacuation instructions on radio or phone
