Block traffic. Call 112. Note car details. Keep victim still. Stop bleeding.
Step 1: Protect victim from traffic immediately
Step 2: Call 112 — say hit-and-run in progress or just occurred
Step 3: Note vehicle description and direction if witnesses saw it
Step 4: Do not move victim unless traffic threatens
Step 5: Control severe bleeding
