   Step 1: Ensure scene safe from shooter before helping

   Step 2: Call 112 immediately

   Step 3: Apply direct pressure to entry wound — do not probe

4. 4

   Step 4: Pack wound if bleeding through pressure

5. 5

   Step 5: Treat for shock — lay flat legs up if no chest injury
