Move away quickly upwind. Expect falling debris and unstable structures near the site.

Move far upwind. Stay down if blasts continue. Do not go near. Seal inside if told. Call 112.

Step 1: Get down and cover head if another blast may occur — then move upwind away
Step 2: Do not approach the site — secondary explosions and toxic smoke are likely
Step 3: Help the injured only if you can do so upwind and without entering the hot zone
Step 4: Seal indoors if shelter-in-place is ordered — close windows and turn off outside air
Step 5: Call 112 — report explosion, injuries, and your location upwind

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT touch white or colored residues near the blast — may be reactive or toxic.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT assume one explosion means it is over — stay upwind and alert.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Call 112. Say: "Fertilizer storage explosion" and nearest landmark.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Report injuries, fires spreading to homes, and whether you evacuated or sheltered.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Keep phone lines clear except for life-threatening updates after initial report.

Anyone near the blast with burns, blast injuries, or breathing problems needs emergency care.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Blast lung, burns, and crush injuries need ambulance and hospital trauma care.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Hazmat and fire services must secure the site — civilians stay out until official all-clear.
