Two meeting spots. One out-of-area contact. Write escape routes. Practice twice a year.
Step 1: Pick two meeting places — one near home, one outside your neighbourhood
Step 2: Choose an out-of-area contact everyone can call if local phones fail
Step 3: Write escape routes from each room and practice them twice a year
Step 4: List emergency numbers on paper — 112, 108, fire, police, doctor
Step 5: Share the plan with all family members including children and elders
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT assume everyone will remember a verbal plan — write it down and post a copy.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT use only one meeting place — the near home spot may be unsafe in fire or flood.
Call 112 or 108 during any life-threatening emergency — the plan supports but does not replace this.
