Turn power off first. Call 112. Check breathing. Cool small burns with water.

Step 1: Do not touch the person until power is off
Step 2: Switch off power at source or use non-conductive object to separate them
Step 3: Call 112 immediately once safe to approach
Step 4: Check breathing — start CPR if needed and trained
Step 5: Treat visible burns with cool running water after power is off
