DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Call 112. Strangulation, age, breathing status after cord cut.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Observe neck swelling en route to hospital.

Any neck ligature with loss of consciousness or breathing pause needs hospital.

Know your limits: DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Free airway fast — then immobilize neck gently until EMS assesses.
