Partially built structures fail without warning — formwork, rebar, and wet concrete add unpredictable loads.

Get out of danger zone. Count workers. Mark trapped person. Call 112. Do not dig alone.

Step 1: Evacuate unstable areas immediately — do not enter to retrieve tools
Step 2: Account for all workers at the muster point
Step 3: If someone is trapped, mark location and call 112 — do not extricate
Step 4: Shut off site power and gas if you are trained and it is safe to reach controls
Step 5: Cover mouth with cloth in dust and keep heavy equipment away from rubble

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT enter trench to dig by hand — walls collapse on rescuers.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT cut rebar or shoring without engineer direction.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT restart work on adjacent section while rescue is active.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Do NOT light welding torches near dust or gas lines.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Call 112. Say construction site collapse with site address and gate access directions.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Report number trapped, depth if trench, and hazardous materials on site.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Send someone to guide fire-rescue to exact location past site fencing.

Any trapped worker or fall from height needs immediate emergency response.

DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — Fall from height and crush injuries dominate — trauma center required.
DEVELOPMENT FIXTURE — OSHA or local safety authority investigation follows — preserve scene.
